Eeschema Keeps Crashing. MAC OS 10.14/ Version 5.0.2

Hi,

I am able to use eeschema to view my schematics. But the problem is eeschema will keep crashing after I use it for like 30 seconds to 1 minute. I have attached the report here.

Hi, in general, we’ll need to track bugs at https://bugs.launchpad.net so that we can follow others who have the same issue and ensure that they are correctly fixed.

I think that your issue might be https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1795214 But I’m not certain. Please have a look at it. I am unable to recreate the issue on my MacBook (also Mojave), so we’ll need a few more details in the bug report to determine what is causing it.

hi my mac also crashes running mojave 10.14.3. created schematic ok, now trying to create a new component in Eeschema component library editor get as far as pin properties, create pin properties on first pin hit ok, crash out?
tried several times crashes every time,

Same problem here. Keeps crashing after working in schematic tool for a minute or so.

Not to be a broken record or anything, but please report bugs over at https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad

Be sure that you are testing a nightly build (https://kicad-downloads.s3.cern.ch/index.html?prefix=osx/nightly/) and post your version information. If there’s an issue remaining in the Mac nightlies, we’d love to fix it. I use Mac KiCad on a daily basis with 10.14 and don’t experience these issues, so we should be able to track down and fix what is occurring.
