I have a DELL E 6400 laptop. The graphics editor does not work (freezes). I tried on Windows x86 and on Windows x64. It makes no difference. Help solve the problem, please!

It seems to have pretty old GPU https://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-Quadro-NVS-160M.11908.0.html which barely supports OpenGL 2.1. I suspect it may be some kind of hardware/driver problem.
