HI, this menu item is not doing what it is supposed to do as its name suggests, I cannot find anything in the documentation either.
Did you double click on the layer, click on the arrow, then select the new layer from the drop-down box?
Double left click IN7.Cu. in the “To layer” box.
A small arrow will appear on the Right Hand side of that box.
Single Left click on the small arrow.
Select the layer you wish to move the parts to from the new list that shows.
Click OK.
