The Eagle design as silkscreen text rotated to align cylindrically:
When I import the design, the silkscreen text is no longer aligned like the original design:
Is there a setting somewhere that might fix this?
Additional info–
The silkscreen text is in a footprint. If I open in the Footprint Editor and bring up the properties window, I can uncheck “Keep Upright” and tweek the orientation to get the text aligned like the original Eagle Layout:
For my purposes (getting a step model that includes the lands and silkscreen) this will get the job done.
you might upload your project or an simplified version of it so that others have the chance to reproduce your issue. You also might create an issue for the Eagle Importer on gitlab.
What files do I need to upload? Is the pcb sufficient?
I would suggest to upload what ever file causes issues.
Since you’re reporting an issue in importing the Eagle PCB I would suggest uploading the Eagle PCB file.

If you want someone to try to fix the eagle importer you should upload the original eagle pcb file and not the imported kicad_pcb file
