DXF Title Block import to Drawing Sheet Editor

Is there a way or plugin to allow me to import my company’s A-sized DXF title block into the “Drawing Sheet Editor?”

Probably not.

The drawing sheet editor is the most primitive part of KiCad. It does not get much love.

The simplest is probably to first convert your title block to a bitmap image (for example a simple screenshot). Bitmap images can be imported into the drawing sheet editor. And after import, you can scale it and then use it as a template to trace some lines over the bitmap. It’s primitive, but you would have to change the text fields anyway, and the rest is probably just a handful of lines. If your title block contains a graphical image (such as a logo) you should import that as a separate entity.

Also curious, months go by on this forum without any question about the drawing sheet editor, and today there are two. Coincidence? or maybe a classmate in some course?
