Greetings, I am able to generate the .dxf files but when I open them using other software to create G code to mill the PCB on a CNC the circuit trace image is to large. Is there a solution to this problem.
This issue is a known bug for at least one version.
48mm was turned into 48 Feet by KiCad’s exporter.
The solution was to use the receiving Cad program to scale every measurement down by the same factor.
Hi, is there a earlier version that does not have that problem?
I have seen a couple of patches, which were to allow dxf export to handle both metric and imperial units properly
These should be in recent pre 5.1.3 builds
