Duplicate including layout

Hi,

I want to duplicate parts of my layouted schematic and do not want to do the layout again but duplicate the layout as well.
I found this method Update PCB from Schematic's match methods
Is there a possibility which is a bit more straightforward, I have to do 178 copies?
Maybe editing the layout files directly?

Hi,

yes that worked fine. Installation is a bit confusing for the beginner but at the end I had 178 perfect copies of the layout.
