After getting stuck with the same problem listed in: Drill files from Cadence allegro

And with the help of AI, I have written a converter code, to allow using KiCad Gerber Viewer File->Open Excellon Drill File:

Use this code to convert a .drl file from Cadence Allegro to a new file, which you can hopefully now view in KiCad:
