I’ve opened an old PCB design in a new install of KiCAD. (I’d never actually fabricated the board in question.) As far as I remember there were no significant Warnings when I ran the DRC previously.
I’m now getting Warnings about footprints not matching what’s in the library. I think I’d adjusted some of the pin positions on the old board to make them easier to solder: is this likely to be the cause?
Additionally, having enlarged solder pads, I’m now getting warnings about the silkscreen overlapping pads. As I’ll only be CNCing pads on the back of the board, this isn’t an issue. It looks as though KiCAD has placed pads on both B.Cu and F.Cu. Is there a way to stop this happening?
