Sometimes the PNS leaves that behind. Run Tools->Cleanup Tracks & Vias. Should solve that. And get used to it, it will happen again.
With PCB Editor / View / Drawing Mode / Sketch Tracks you can show only the outline of tracks (and also for pads and via’s, and that lets you see what is inside those big red areas.
KiCad also does not always recognize a valid connection between a track and a via if the end of the track is too far from the center of the pad. In this case I do not see a ratsnest line, so I assume the connection is recognized.
You can also use: PCB Editor / Tools / Cleanup Tracks and Vias.
You have a little ‘floating track’ a remnant left behind whist optimizing your routing, I usually just click around the pad and you will find it, the little sod will highlight itself and you delete it or use the ‘track and via cleanup’’ as mentioned above but on occasion the odd one still makes it through.
