DRC - Track Near Pad

Hi, I’m new to KiCad having only picked it up recently, and I’ve been laying out a bunch on LEDs using the scripting interface. This had been fine, apart from the DRC complaining about 2 connections between these LEDs as shown here:

There is a connection from the anodes of D1 to D61 in the schematic, and I can connect them manually and via a script but as soon as I run the DRC it complains. It doesn’t complain about any of the other LEDs nearby.

Any ideas?

Issue sort of resolved, if I rotate the part from 2700 to 2701 the issue goes away :S

There are many changes between 4.0.7 and Nightly builds in collision detection affecting DRC
