DRC menu missing entries

I am editing a PCB done by another designer who outsourced all their footprints. While using DRC in V5.1.9, I noticed the option to tell DRC to ignore courtyard violations has gone missing. It used to be there, a long time ago. The footprints have all sorts of poorly drawn courtyards that are causing errors (even though they’re not). Is there a way to turn this “feature” off?

Thank you, paulvdh. Looks like the menu just got moved at one point. I haven’t had to deal with this before so I never noticed it.
