DRC error issue

Hi Sir,
While running the DRC I have failed errtype 19. kindly explain this issue

Hi,
I am using ARM based microcontroller, it has 1.025 width of the pad and 0.23 height of the pad and pitch 0.4mm. My minimum track width is 0.15mm. While running the DRC it has failed and shown error like errtype(19)

I found the error and sort out the issue using the kicad forum guidance

But i have another doubt while running DRC there is no pin unconnected but below it showing 4 pin is unconnected. why???

Can you post a screenshot showing around pin 4 in detail
