Which one in particular ?
It looks like you have pads that have the same size for the pad and the hole, i.e. annular width of 0.0 your constraints mean the pad has to be bigger than the hole by at least 0.2mm
Also you have a keepout area . . . and haven’t kept out of it, i.e. you have tracks in that area.
It also looks like you have issues with your board outline (Edge.Cuts) . . . all the corners have to join precisely, no gaps are allowed. Do you have an outer PCB outline too ?
