DRC Engine: How to specify a PAD2PAD clearance? (Kicad V6 nightly)

Dear DRC Experts,
in the clearance calculator, I found the requirement, that PCB needs a larger pad2pad (Colum A6 in the pcb clearance calculator) clearance then a pad2track clearance (Colum A5). How do I specify the pad2pad clearance in the editor?
I have no clue how to get started.

Is there any additional information, how to use non-standard terms, e. g. A.isPlated()?

Please help experts, e.g. @JeffYoung @eelik
