while checking the DRC Rule check it is showing errors like this,

Can you do screen shots of the two affected areas? It sounds like the parts placement may violate minimum clearance. You can choose somewhere to display the clearance as outlines to avoid that type of thing.

Those two errors seem to indicate that the footprint(s) used for R1 and R2 have pads that are only 0.52mm (21 mils) apart. Please show at least a screen shot of the affected areas, or post the footprint files.
