I can not find plugin for PCB Editror to perform common arrangement and aligning operations, like “distribute selected footprints evenly in given space by X/Y”, “create rectangular pattern of footprints”, “align centers of selected footprints horizontally/vertically” and so on.
I’ve checked https://github.com/xesscorp/kicad-3rd-party-tools/blob/master/README.md and tried to google for different keywords, but found nothing.
Also, I’m surprised, that such basic operations are not built-in… Maybe, I’m missing something?

Yes - select a group -> context menu -> Align/Distribute.
