Do not populate copies in the duplicated hierarchial sheets

Hi,

I am creating a schematic where I have a duplicated hierarchical sheet. When I select a component on the first sheet and select the boxes ‘Do not populate’ and ‘Exclude from bill of materials’ it copies this setting to the second duplicated sheet. But this component should be placed on the second sheet.

Is there a method to select the ‘Do not populate’ on one sheet and have this setting doesn’t take effect on the second duplicated sheet?

You can rename the second sheet, then it is completely on it’s own. But changes from the first sheet won’t be promoted to the copy anymore afterwards, since they are now two independend sheets.
