For PCBs with multilayer medium complexity and above is very useful a way to show, only the active layer, during routing. Anyone knows a way to do this?
I see that the active layer only change if we select in appearance manager, is ok! but if it was possible to do this by clicking on a track or pad on that especific copper layer it is a plus and save you a lot of time.
There is a Layer Display Options text in the lower right corner, just above the Selection filter. If you open it you get Normal / Dim / Hide options for inactive layers.
Ok I’ve see, it works well !, I’ve been there before that but for the dimming option only. My bad…
By the way, an option for swap bettwen active layer by just clicking in that copper object like trace or polygon or pad on that layer you want, I’ve try to explore a way to do that but with no sucess
