Discrepancy between Net inspector and Tune lengh tool

Hi
I have 2 observations:

1. The tune net length tool (7) sometimes doesen’t show the correct net lengh when there are little “mistakes” in the tracks. Is there a automated way to clean this?

2. Even when the net lenght tool (7) shows all the track, vias, etc. I observed small (less than 1mm) discrepancy’s to the net inspector reported length. Why is this. And in case of doubt what is to be trusted? (Net Inspector or this tool (7)?)
