Different grid snaping behavior using mouse or cursor keyboard (schema)

This happen when I move (M) a Symbol Field Value / Reference or Graphic Text in schema. If I move these items using the cursor keys the grid snapping function is performed as expected. On the other hand if I move them using the mouse the snap-to-grid is no longer applied as I can move the text even out off the grid. Is it a correct behavior? How can I apply the grid snapping ‘always’ as I have it already set in the preferences menu?

I could send a video but it is very easy to reproduce this behavior.

Yes, text and graphics have a different grid by default in kicad 8, as they do not have to align with wires. You can change the behavior in Preferences → Grids. In teh section called overrides uncheck all the check marks disable, or edit all the grid overrides.
