Designator with arrow

I would want to know if there is an option or a plugin to draw automatically and attach an arrow to a reference designator. E.g.:

Not as a built-in option, and not as a plugin as far as I know. I also wonder what kind of logic could be used to automatically find the attachment point for the arrowhead, let alone the route if it goes like in your example.

PCB Editor / Place / Add Leader is close. A leader has it’s own text, but if you remove the text, it is just an arrow you can place somewhere. Maybe it would be nice to have the ability to combine the ReDes (or other footprint related string) with this leader, but I guess it would get crowded really quick, and there are already very many open feature requests on gitlab…

Another common technique is to group a bunch of RefDes texts together in a block in the same relative position as the footprints, and then place that block somewhere near the cluster of footprints.
