In Pcbnew, when I open Board Setup, I see there is a option to import settings.
Is there a repository of design rules for manufacturers that can be imported into a project ?
Or maybe one can be created if people of this comunity will share such settings files…
What in most cases happens is that you need to get this information from the PCB manufacturer and enter accordingly to fit your design to their manufacturing process specifications.
The idea is that people will share files with this data for manufacturers,
Or for the manufacturers to share such files by themselfs.
So if for example I want the data for JLC, Instead of looking it up, I can download a file with the limitations, import it and that’s it…
