I am making a schematic and placing a lot of text annotations.
The default text align is:
vertical:center
horizontal:center
How i can change to
Vertical: bottom
Horizontal: Left

Do note that this is a quite powerful menu. You can modify a lot of text and make a mess of things when you just start experimenting. So make sure you have a backup. Or at least save the schematic just before you do this ( Then use [Ctrl + z] or Schematic Editor / File / Revert if you made a mistake in that dialog.)
That is for modifying existing text.
After re-reading I see you probably meant to change the defaults for what is going to be the next text you place on the PCB.
For that, simply change the settings in the text edit box before you click on the OK button and place the text. The next text you place will have the same settings (bold, direction, alignment, color) as the previous text you created.
The idea was edit the default for the next text instead modify the existing.
