Damaged forum Icons

Since a few weeks I’ve noticed that the “Ki” on some of the forum members Avatars are damaged. Left how Rene’s Avatar appears in Firefox, Right on Opera (Linux user here)

Have others also seen this?
Any Idea about the cause?

I’ve tried to clear the cache and reload the page in both browsers, but the difference persists.

Nope. Debian stable in Firefox with all sorts of privacy turned on and scripting turned off. I do except this site for the most part though.
