Cvpcb only getting 2 parts

I’ll preface this by saying I’m new to Kicad.

I am using the latest daily build of Kicad, and I’ve tried on both Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.04. Every time I run cvpcb from eeschema, first Kicad stops responding briefly (Eeschema window dims in Ubuntu, “(Not Responding)” shows in the title bar of the Eeschema), then when the cvpcb window shows up and Kicad responds again, it only has 2 parts from my schematic (which isn’t finished but already has well over 2 components)…

Should I file a bug, or am I doing something wrong when trying to run cvpcb?

Did you update the netlist?
