i have installed new version of KICAD.(V4.0.1)
if i read project made with old version, footprint links are empty in CVPCB, thus it was correct with (old version), PCB was routed completly.
do you have any explanation ?

This should get you started. However, as the footprint and library formats have changed in the new version, you may have to make further adjustments.
Unless you really need to work on the old project, it may not be worth the effort.
Very much appreciate your answer. Thank you. I can get the names back, but perhaps it makes sense - the footprints aren’t there… i guess the emphasis is not on transition from old to new. i’ll check if i can get the old library and either convert to new or use as is.
