Custom track width

I have a Kicad 5. In Pcb layout editor I cannot find the global design rules and, therefore also the custom track width

Pcbnew / File / Board Setup / Design Rules

Then there are two pages. One for the Net Classes, and one for the custom track and via sizes.

Both the local and internet versions of the manual for KiCad V5.1 (below) have not been updated for quite a while, so the info from the links below may be more confusing then helpful.

Another way to find them is to read the manual: Pcbnew / Help / Pcbnew manual, and then search for "Design Rules** in chapter 8… Ouwtch, that has some seriously outdated screenshots and even this dialog in a different place in the menu…
