This has been discussed before: approximate with smaller pads.

One big ‘square’ pad (1.4Hx1.15W), one long horizontal rectangular pad (0.9Hx2.6W) - overlapping all others (to avoid ratsnest problems) and a circular pad (Dia1.4).

give them all the same pin number… that’s the ‘group’.
