Not getting any love from the search engine on what typon is.

@hermit Typon means artwork in french. Leaning towards print templates for silkscreen or books atl.
Basically he means inverted graphics IMHO.

@hermit Out of curiosity: what’s the forum’s policy towards non english contributions? Help them as best we can?

Yes. I added the translations to that end. English isn’t the native tongue for many forum members anyhow.

An artwork is the circuit board drawing. Thank’s

Under the ‘plot’ menu there are choices for negative plot. You might check to see if those are what you need.

Indeed, there is the possibility to output a negative in SVG format but the dimensions of the PCB are not respected and therefore not usable. But I found a solution by using a Gerber editor. It’s a bit laborious but I have a correct negative. Thanks for helping me. Sincerely Dany

There’s a simple way to do this.
Install a virtual printer that can “print” to a bitmap file. For example PDFCreator. Save to TIFF, high resolution, or BMP. Black and white. Copper only, no silk, fab, etc.
Open the bitmap with a image editor that offers some effects. Apply “negative”.
Done.
