Maybe you selected the correct page size this time?
A tip from work that have nothing to do with kicad.
But the method is a shame that kicad can’t do it correctly.
Like I said, it has always worked for me. Not sure why you are having problems. Maybe it’s your pdf printer or printer drivers. I’ll test it again some day, it’s probably been a year or two since I last printed from KiCad to paper.
First I tried to print the pcb at home from kicad to my Brother printer. Scale 1:1
This made not corect messuer.
So I printed the pcb to PDF in windows 10. This created the file I have included in above post.
I also tried printing this PDF file at home with the same results.
I tried to print the PDF at work, but the same not in scale results.
Then a college told me, “Have you tried print with Microsoft Word?”
No why should I do that.
But I tested to open the PDF in Word and the results was perfect.
The question is why?
But this was the solution.
I did a small test with v6.0.1, printing directly and to a pdf, both worked correctly, using plot unfortunately I get one .pdf per page.

Hi guys!
I found the problem at work. Embarrassing
I hade not choosen “actual size” when printing the PDF. Now I will look att this at home to.
At least I know that if I print as PDF I can get correct size.
Still have not figuerd out why KiCad printed wrong size but maybe it is som print setting.
I also found this: N-MOSFET Driver & Output Module for Arduino | Jaycar Electronics
I also wonder how to control NTD5867NL with arduino?
It only have 2 legs and and ho do I make the other connection?
I know probably basic question for thows ho know.
This product use this: N-Drive Shield | Freetronics
Is ther a way to PWM this with out arduino.
I am planing to dim bothe leds and bulbs and control solenoids.
I was planing buck-converters but I am thinking ther is a better way.
I have done some intial tests with ULN2803. but it is on the edge. I need 120mA per output if I use bulbs.
Best regards.
