i use a 14inch laptop run Fedora 32, the kicad version is V5.1.6, is there any solution?

What information is missing?
Like Rene, I’m sort of guessing what the issue is here.
Are you putting all pins in a single schematic symbol, ore are you dividing your big IC over multiple “units”?
Start with looking at the schematic symbol of for example a simple LM324 where each opamp, and also the power connections are separate “units”.
Then divide your your big IC into blocks that have some logical coherence.
For such big designs you will also need to work with “Hierarchical sheets”.
When experimenting with such things it’s usually better to start with some small dummy projects. This makes it easier to focus on learning KiCad itself instead of doing everything at once. With a small “dummy” project you can also much more easily make adjustments. For example. in your screenshot the pin text overlaps with the edge of the schematic symbol. If you want to make all pins a bit longer (from 100mil to 150mil?) then doing that for your 411 pin symbol is a lot of boring work. If you had first done a simple dummy project with 10 pins or so, it would have been much easier.
OP seems to indicates that his vertical scroll bar is all the way up but his IC top line (possibly with pin connections) is not showing. I.e. he cannot scroll further up to see his entire symbol.
Thats what i make of it anyway.
I did see the circle around the scroll bar and that the top of the symbol is off-screen, but did not connect those 2.
The Icons in the screenshot are not from Eeschema, but seems to be from the Symbol Editor.
Usually I do not pay much attention to the scroll bars, and just use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
A bit of experimentation later…
I’ve managed to reproduce this.
Schematic Symbols should always be designed around the origin of the symbol.
In the Symbol editor you see a big cross spanning the screen, this is the origin of the symbol.
If you drag a box around al graphical items and move them far away from the origin as in the 2nd screenshot, then you get this weird behavior when zooming in.
This seems to be the same bug as I’ve encountered in Eeschema a few times. I use the area outside of the “paper” layout a lot for temporary notes or for “storage” copies of part of the schematic, and I’ve noticed that if you put those parts too far away from the “paper area” you can not zoom into it anymore.
Yeah, you are right ,i mean this .
yeah , i putting all the 441 pin in one symbol, when i edit this symbol, i encount this issue, i want scroll the top the symbol , but i failed, i can not see the top of the symol, it stuck.
eh, is there any soulution for this issue , then i can zoom into it anyway?
