Crash with footprint

Hi,
when I put this footprint on my PCB, with version 9.02 kicad crash while with version 9.01 it worked correctly.

Crash confirmed with todays v9.0.2 testing version on WIn10.

two notes:

  • using a logo (or any footprint) with so many line segments increases the chance to slowdown the pcb editor. A good indicator is the file size: most footprint files are ~10…20…30kByte in size, your logo needs 1,6megabyte.
  • a crash is always a critical bug - you could open a gitlab bug report for yourself. Not every forum thread is read by the kicad programmers (in fact they should program, and don’t waste their time lurking in a forum).

A little more info, I also got a crash when simply adding the Footprint to the PCB.

Previously I had it associated with a symbol and used F8 (Update PCB from schematic) to get the footprint onto the PCB.
