Crash on save - spaces in project path not escaped?

I just updated to 6.0 and pcbnew crashes any time I try and save and gives the following error:
File 'H:\My' does not appear to be a valid KiCad project file.
The project folder is in google drive, H:\My Drive\kicad, so it appears to be that spaces in the project name are not getting escaped?
And saving in eeschema crashed my graphics driver.
Edit: Rebooted and now eeschema crashes with no message when I try and make any change, before I can save.
Edit: Created a new empty project on the C drive, no spaces in the path. eeschema crashes with no message when I try to place a symbol or to save.
Edit: Previously I had one monitor connected to an AMD RX 480 GPU and one connected to an AMD 5600G iGPU. I removed the RX 480, connected both monitors to the iGPU and now everything is working properly. Including the project saved in Google Drive. Didn’t reinstall the GPU driver or KiCad. Very strange! I think this was also causing Fusion 360 crashes. The GPU itself is fine, I think it’s a bug in AMD drivers.
