Couldn't Launch Bitmap to Component converter!

Hi,

I couldn’t launch Bitmap to Component converter.
while opening the application i can just see the icon appearing in taskbar.

I’m using windows 7 professional. KiCad version:5.1.5-3

This has happened to me before, when using my laptop on a docking station with several displays, the windows is somehow in the location of one of the other displays very far away, everything I tried to bring it back (WIN+left arrows) were unsuccessful, fortunately, you can delete the configuration file from the user folder %APPDATA%/kicad/bitmap2component, next time you open it will open in the default position.
