Copy something from a schematic to another

Hi all
Is there a way to copy some parts from a schematic in one project to the schematic in another project?
Thanks

You can easily copy and then paste a block in Eeshema within hierarchical sheets of the same project.

If you want to copy a block from another project into a new project, you can temporarily include the already existing schematic as a sheet in your new schematic.

Adding already existing sheets into a hierarchical design is (briefly) handled in the mini tutorial I just started for multiple PCB’s in a project:

In nightly builds copy/paste works between eeshcema windows as would be expected from modern sofware. It will be part of v6. Until then you can do what paulvdh suggests.

I do this,
Select everything in the eschema that you want to add to and move it all out of the border, then goto append and select eschema that has the parts that you want and select it and add. delete the parts you dont want and then just move everything back into the border. If you dont move them out of the page border then parts that are appended will get placed on top of the ones already there, once you have done it a few times it pretty quick.
