I recently design a PCB (DC to DC flyback converter) with an 36 V, 13 Amps input that is not filling up with copper around the main chip.Please let me know what is causing this and how can I solve this problem.

Zones are only filled on area’s that ave pins or via’s of the net that the zone is attached to.
If you surround an area with tracks of other nets, then KiCad leaves the gap open in preference to creating unconnected copper.
If you issue is otherwise, please post at least a screenshot.
