Copper zone in copper zone is not allowed?

Hello,
I need track for 20A current and I was planning to do using a first copper zone. Then I created a general ground plan on the whole PCB and I thought the software was going to exclude my first zone.
Well no . The ground plane covered my first area with DRC errors.
Why ? Not possible ?

If you want different zones of different nets within each other one of them needs to have a higher priority. This setting is found in the zone properties dialog
.

Thanks for your comment added to that screenshot. It would help if the documentation mentioned if a higher number was higher or lower priority. Both are logically possible

A tooltip might be a good idea aswell.

That characteristic bit me on at least one occasion. Like you say, either sense is reasonable but it’s not well documented.

Going by ‘highter’ I’d say larger numbers equal ‘highter’ priority

though I’d agree, that it’s missing an example
