Copper Shapes and the Outline Slope property

I’m working on a layout and starting to lay in my shapes for power planes. I would like all my shapes to either be horizontal lines, vertical lines, or 45s. So when I start drawing my shapes I choose ‘H, V, and 45 deg only’ from the Outline slope option in the Copper Zone Properties window. I then begin to draw my shape but Pcbnew lets me draw lines at arbitrary angles.

Am I missing something??

Just tested, seems to be only enforced on Legacy Canvas atm.
Might be worth a bug-report, in case it’s not on that list already.

Thanks for the sanity check Joan. I’m a bit new to the tool but I didn’t think I was that green!
