Copper pour misses a "stripe" when corner smoothing active

I have a copper pour that simply won’t fully fill when filleting. For some reason, it misses a quasi-diagonal stripe of copper down the middle. Any non-zero fillet radius results in the same pattern.

Zero-radius fillets, chamfer, or ‘none’ produces the expected result:

Note that while this pour has a central “hole”, even if I open the end, the issue remains (and in fact, gets worse as now a large part of the pour is disconnected):

Bug? Feature? Or am I just missing something?

seems like a bug, should be reported at gitlab. But the developers need the board (better: complete archived project) - without board they can’t hunt for the bug.
