How can one correct this issue, when components on schematic are not aligned with grids.
On this image its impossible to connect the Resistor with that Power_Conn because the Power_conn is not aligned with grids and Resistor it is.

Did you at any point change the grid settings? Were these stock library components included with Kicad? If so, the easy way would be to delete the off grid component and then add it back on. You can change the grid and move the offending part and then change the grid again but I think the first way is easier and less error prone.
Using a less than 50 mils grid when manipulating symbols in eeschema usually gets you into trouble.
Golden rule for eeschema : set the grid size to 50 mils and never change it.
To fix off grid components, you need to go to the smallest grid size and move them onto the grid. Then set the grid to 50 mils before doing anything else.
No I didn’t.
I first designed this schematic with another computer but now I tried to edit it and found grids were off.
This happens to me often even without changing computer, just when I try to edit a schematic.
Yes they are.
I use this method when it happens, so I guess its what I will continue using.
Thanks for everyone who answered.
Few days ago I asked of the other way of texts precision positioning then changing the grid to 10 mils. I was told that using Ctrl+Shift during text moves switches of grid temporary.
I have checked now - it works also for symbols.
So if it happens to you to use these keys when moving symbols it will result with symbols being off grid.
First verify your grid is set to 50 mill or bigger:
Eeschema / View / Grid Settings.
Then hover over an off-grid component and press ‘m’ for Move.
Just tried this with a few components in KiCad V5.1.0, and they’re all put back on the grid, without havint to delete them (RefDes and Timpestamps get preseverd).
