Component/Footprint violates design rules?

Hi,
I’m about to use some small capacitor. It might be it is to small.
As I read the footprint, the drill holes of the two radial legs are close to each other and are running into each others keep out area.
But may be I’m wrong (Usually I’m).

This looks fine to me. Copper clearance areas can overlap, they just can’t contain other copper areas.

In your screenshot, it would be a problem is the yellow outlines would touch the opposite pads. But they don’t.
