Those are clearance guides to show where you can or cannot track based upon the wider PCB rules.
Yours are very wide so you are going to have tracking issues. Personally I like to show them as it provides visual feedback where I can or cannot track or where rules need to be reviewed…
BUT if you want to turn them off:
Preference → PCB Editor → Display Options.

I see, thank you! The issue in my pcb was that I accidentally set the clearance to 4mm instead of .4mm, still it was nice to know some new info!
