Check components excluded from BOM

Hello.
I have a terminated PCB ready for production. But, by mistake, I forgot some components with the option “not in BOM” checked. My assembler warning me about some components.
There is any way to check what components in the schematic (or layout) has this option checked?
Or there is any way to set this option unchecked for all components?
