Changed from DIP to SOIC and Pads are all red

I hereby certify that I am not simply asking someone else to design a footprint for me.

Is this indicating a DRC violation? I also did this for a resistor 1/4W THT to 0805 SMD and the pads are all red.

Probably just your copper layer? Can you post a screen shot?

Red is the default colour for F.Cu. THT pads are orange. That’s changing, but that’s another story.
