Hello! Is it possible to change circular via shape to square or octagonal ? I need it when I designing PCB which I will do hand made. Thanks to that, via had greater strength, especially during drill via did not come off.

No, it’s not possible.
Depending on how many vias you have etc., it may be viable (not sorry for the pun) to add one-pad footprints and use them as vias.
