Center Dimension has no value

Is this normal if Center Dimension not showing any measure value?

What is the function of Center Dimension?

To me it looks like it’s not really a “dimension” but just a handy way to mark a center point and four circumference points. It can help with drawing other items.

there is nothing to do here, yeah i think this is a centerline / center mark
