Can't reduce copper pour clearance enough even when set to 0

I am trying to reduce the copper exclusion zone in a pour to .15mm around a 1.5mm npth hole ( and any other features in the pour ) but even when I set the exclusion to zero I still get .2mm of clearance.

I would appreciate any help, thank you.

I’m not sure what pour means.
The clearance between zone and other things are set in zone parameters, or may be the bigger of element clearance and zone clearance is taken. Not sure as I have not put any zone yet.

Another word for a filled copper area (In the context of kicad this means the resulting area filled with copper after letting kicad fill a zone with respect to its parameters.)

My guess is you have the clearance (of the netclass assigned to the net of the zone) or the pad or footprint clearance set to 0.2mm.

Yes, you’re right, that was it. My default clearance, settable in Board Setup > Design Rules > Net Classes was set at .2mm, I set it to .15mm and that fixed it.

Thank you very much.
