Can't print pcb

I go to file > print in Pcbnew and nothing is showing up under copper layers or technical layers. How do I print?

I can confirm this under Ubuntu 16.04 4.1.0 nightly (same build)

You can still preview, so can print.
You cannot de-select layers or select extra layers

This is an old problem related to the wxWidgets wxDC and printing on Linux. Use the “Plot” dialog instead.

A fix has been committed on 20/6/16 and nightlies now work properly
