Can't find selection filter panel

I can’t find selection filter panel in Kicad 7.0.8
Is available in this version . which menu to turn on it?

Maybe your screen isn’t wide enough for the panel to be visible?

I am guessing you mean: PCB Editor / View / Show Properties Panel. That panel shows properties of currently selected objects.

Ok I can found and show that ,it behind Apperance dialog . If i try drag Apperance bar ,I can see it.But need to place Apperance in below only.
If I place Apperance in above ,the Selection Filter was disappeared.

Hmm, mine are on the right of the window and right of canvas panel, not sure why yours are so wide.

PS: OP are you by any chance left handed? But then you have the windows close icon at the top right so your canvas should be on the left of your screenshot.

Good you eventually found the filter. There are known issues with the panel-handling in kicad, so be careful if you rearrange the individual panels, or drag them to unusual sizes. For instance sometimes one of the panels is minimized to only a line.

If I read the comments in the gitlab-issue correctly the problem is situated in the underlying wxwidgets-framework, so no easy/fast solution should be expected.

You can adjust the width by placing the mouse cursor in between the panels and start dragging it horizontally.

I also just now figured out these panels can be dragged out and live their own life.

I knew dockable panels was being worked on, but I did not know they were already (partly?) implemented in KiCad V7.0.9.

Next question was how to get these panels back on the right side of the toolbar again. They would only dock in between the drawing canvas and the toolbar. But closing and re-opening the PCB editor got them back to their normal position.
